There are many other companies I deal with online that could take a leaf out of your book. Whilst I am the first to complain if I have issues with companies, I balance that with a thank you when service is over and above the norm. I placed it at 3.52pm yesterday afternoon , it was processed and despatched by 4.03pm and I received it in the post from Devon to Edinburgh this morning !! I often buy online and tend to view cut-off times for same day despatch with a degree of scepticism. I was all the more pleased therefore when I found out that your firm treated it seriously.
