Action Heroes HQ is the ultimate playset of the police collection! This 3 floor building is perfect for policemen to gather and plan their missions. The HQ has a heliport and a jail which features an alarm with lights and sounds, to see and hear if the prisoners are trying to escape! It also comes with a laboratory filled with everything you need to create a secret potion (test tube, pot, acid, venom potion, jar, skull potion, tube, microscope, book, laptop), and loads of police-themed accessories to help them save the day (handcuffs, key, walkie-talkie, weapons, megaphone, dynamite, chainsaw). A great place to guard the secret potion away from thieves is in the secure safe. Look out for the broken glass in the lab's window as the thieves attempt a robbery. The policeman can turn into a superhero and be launched from his lair, on the top floor of the HQ, to fly around the city. He needs to be careful where he lands as the Police HQ is full of traps to catch the baddies. On the roof, if you press a button the character will be hit by the fiery panel! The playset includes two characters: a cop and a masked robber as well as a costume to turn one of the characters into a super hero. Each figure is two characters in one! Simply twist their heads to reveal different facial expressions! Who will you choose? Both figures have interchangeable body parts so you can pop and swap to create your create loads of combinations and experience unique heroic adventures of your very own! Alternatively, if you order after 4pm or over the weekend your order will be dispatched the next working day. Although most customers receive their goods within 3-4 days, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.
For the delivery of large items or packages over 4kg we will use Delivery Partners, a local, independent delivery company, to deliver these items. Please note that if we do send your order using Delivery Partners you will be asked for a signature at the point of receiving the delivery and this confirms that you are satisfied with the condition of the goods received.

We are unable to offer any international deliveries at the moment.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order so we offer a no-hassle return policy:
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund. You can do this by contacting us via our contact form or telephone on 01626 333444 quoting the order number supplied to you. You can then request a FREE returns label which will be sent to you to affix on the parcel you are returning. Finally take your parcel to your local Post Office for posting and ask for a proof of posting receipt. Your refund will be paid upon receipt of returned goods. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty. All returns must be in saleable condition.
