Whilst grill will channel the fat and grease into a removable tray to enable healthier cooking as well as make it easy to clean, the floating hinge will adjust for different food thicknesses.

I recieved the grill in good order and have used it twice.. its great and easy to use and clean.. i had a similar one that lasted 7 years until it packed up..
