This is a good quality toaster that feels well built apart from the push down knob for the toast which is plastic and feels flimsy compared with the rest of the toaster hence 4 stars

Item was bought as a present. The recipient was very pleased with the look and the colour. The chromed plastic switch-gear seemed a little on the flimsy side for my taste but performs as expected. Overall very stylish and good value.

A replacement toaster was required to replace a Murphy Richards ageing Toaster. We decided on a 4 slice D'longi after looking on its reviews and on initial inspection delivers on a quality well put together toaster. After finding which setting suits us the toaster does what we expected.. perfect toast and Austin's ( who we never knew existed was the best supplier by far on price and quick delivery..Thank you Austin's.

Alternatively, if you order after 4pm or over the weekend your order will be dispatched the next working day. Although most customers receive their goods within 3-4 days, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.
For the delivery of large items or packages over 4kg we will use Delivery Partners, a local, independent delivery company, to deliver these items. Please note that if we do send your order using Delivery Partners you will be asked for a signature at the point of receiving the delivery and this confirms that you are satisfied with the condition of the goods received.

We are unable to offer any international deliveries at the moment.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Before returning an item to us, please contact us on 01626 333444 or via sales@austins-uk.com. You are responsible for the cost of returning an item back to us.
Your refund will be paid upon receipt of returned goods. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty. All returns must be in saleable condition.
