Terms & Conditions

Austins Privilege Loyalty Rewards Card Scheme is operated by, and is the property of, Austins Department Store. Customers are invited to become Privilege Loyalty Reward cardholders by registering their details with the Company.
Privilege Loyalty Reward Points can be collected and spent on purchases made in either store or in the Coffee Shop. The number of points collected per £1 spent may vary by department, product or specific promotions. Check in store for more information.
The Privilege Loyalty Rewards Card does not accumulate points from purchases made online, or on the purchase of Gift Cards. Points are not exchangeable for cash.
Privilege Loyalty Reward Points are recorded on the card itself, so the Cardholder must present their Privilege Loyalty Rewards Card when making a purchase. Cardholders may request a balance of how many points they have accumulated from any till.
Austins Department Store will NOT share your details with other companies.
Austins Department Store reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Privilege Loyalty Rewards Card, to exclude certain products, or terminate it without prior notice.

Redeeming Privilege Points

Privilege Loyalty Reward Points can be redeemed against purchases made in any department, including the Coffee Shop.
In the event of no activity on your Privilege Loyalty Reward Card Account for a 12 month period, Austins Department Store reserve the right to close the account and all accumulated points will be lost.

Returning Merchandise

You will need to present your Austins Privilege Loyalty Card if goods on which you obtained Privilege Loyalty Reward Points are returned. Any points previously obtained from the goods being returned will be deducted from your Privilege Loyalty Rewards Points balance. Should your Privilege Loyalty Rewards balance not be sufficient to deduct points for the goods now being returned, then you will be required to pay the outstanding amount back before any balance of refund is issued.
