Welcome to number 23 in our "Best of British" series, created by popular West Midlands-based artist Geoff Tristram. Working at an auction house has plenty of challenges and surprises, with a busy sale day promising plenty of excitement. This puzzle captures that atmosphere and reveals some interesting and unique lots, with the emphasis very much on humour! This puzzle was inspired by Fieldings Auctioneers based in Stourbridge and run by Nick Davies, Will Farmer and their talented team. Nick and Will are well-known antiques experts regularly appearing on popular television shows and they are shown hard at work with their team on this colourful and humorous scene. Delivery Policy

UK DELIVERY

To best serve our customers we offer the following Delivery guidelines:

All parcel orders are dispatched via Royal Mail.
Delivery is FREE* to UK addresses for parcel orders over £60.
Delivery is £4.50 for parcel orders under £60.
We aim to ship your goods on the day your order is received, up to 3pm, Monday to Friday.

Alternatively, if you order after 4pm or over the weekend your order will be dispatched the next working day. Although most customers receive their goods within 3-4 days, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

For the delivery of large items or packages over 4kg we will use Delivery Partners, a local, independent delivery company, to deliver these items. Please note that if we do send your order using Delivery Partners you will be asked for a signature at the point of receiving the delivery and this confirms that you are satisfied with the condition of the goods received.

*Free Delivery excludes Furniture & Carpet Orders.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We are unable to offer any international deliveries at the moment.

Returns

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order so we offer a no-hassle return policy.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Before returning an item to us, please contact us on 01626 333444 or via sales@austins-uk.com. You are responsible for the cost of returning an item back to us.

Your refund will be paid upon receipt of returned goods. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty. All returns must be in saleable condition.
