For the delivery of large items or packages over 4kg we will use Delivery Partners, a local, independent delivery company, to deliver these items. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Before returning an item to us, please contact us on 01626 333444 or via sales@austins-uk.com. You are responsible for the cost of returning an item back to us.
Your refund will be paid upon receipt of returned goods. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty. All returns must be in saleable condition.
