Description

Devon Duvets are handmade in Devon using Wool from pure breed flocks and have 100% Wool filling and a soft 260 thread count 100% Natural Cotton casing.

Devon Duvets are a sustainable product as the sheep is reared solely for its Wool and wanders free in the pasture after shearing.

The unique natural properties of Wool resist dust mites and could help relieve allergies. The duvet will also breathe more, allowing the body to regulate its own temperature.

This lightweight wool duvet has a fluctuating tog equivalent to 4 - 7 togs. So if you naturally feel warm whilst you sleep or live in a well insulated property, this duvet may suit your needs all year long.

Care Instructions

Air regularly to keep the wool fresh.
If a deeper clean is required, then machine wash on a 30 degrees wool cycle, using a detergent specially created for wool. A gentle spin to remove excess water and then take immediately out of the machine, gently reshape and air dry thoroughly. Do not tumble dry. Dry cleaning is not recommended.

Delivery Policy

UK DELIVERY

To best serve our customers we offer the following Delivery guidelines:

All parcel orders are dispatched via Royal Mail.
Delivery is FREE* to UK addresses for parcel orders over £60.
Delivery is £4.50 for parcel orders under £60.
We aim to ship your goods on the day your order is received, up to 3pm, Monday to Friday.

Alternatively, if you order after 4pm or over the weekend your order will be dispatched the next working day. Although most customers receive their goods within 3-4 days, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

For the delivery of large items or packages over 4kg we will use Delivery Partners, a local, independent delivery company, to deliver these items. Please note that if we do send your order using Delivery Partners you will be asked for a signature at the point of receiving the delivery and this confirms that you are satisfied with the condition of the goods received.

*Free Delivery excludes Furniture & Carpet Orders.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We are unable to offer any international deliveries at the moment.

Returns

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order so we offer a no-hassle return policy.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Before returning an item to us, please contact us on 01626 333444 or via sales@austins-uk.com. You are responsible for the cost of returning an item back to us.

Your refund will be paid upon receipt of returned goods. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty. All returns must be in saleable condition.
