The gripping story is set at Painton Place, an 18th century house built by Sir John Painton, in Rutting-on-the-Rise, a beautiful if isolated corner of Norfolk. Painton Place is just location to spend a couple of days on a cooking holiday – a Weekend Mini-Bake as it is advertised. However, the rural tranquillity is shattered when celebrity chef Francis ‘Franny’ Craddock is found dead late on Saturday night…particularly when it turns out he has been murdered!
Suspicion falls on the guests but who would have wanted to kill him? The anticipation, mystery and excitement begin before guests have even arrived as each of the guests, or suspects, will receive their invite and suggestions for suitable dress. This all starts to set the scene for the forthcoming crime - and by the end of the evening, one of the guests will be exposed as a killer! A Slice of Murder Dinner Party game comes complete with game rules, recipes and decorating tips. Invitations for each of the characters are also included complete with booklets about their roles, background information, and even a few tasty secrets.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund. You can do this by contacting us via our contact form or telephone on 01626 333444 quoting the order number supplied to you. You can then request a FREE returns label which will be sent to you to affix on the parcel you are returning. Finally take your parcel to your local Post Office for posting and ask for a proof of posting receipt. Your refund will be paid upon receipt of returned goods. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty. All returns must be in saleable condition.
