Excellent service. After an online company messed up an order, I bought the two items I needed from Austins instead, as they had both in stock and seemed well organised. Austins followed my requests exactly - they packed the items well (they were for a present) and they delivered exactly on time. I was really impressed that a store in Devon provided much better service than Amazon.
