I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my brother, but the first one that arrived was faulty. Austins customer service were brilliant! I emailed them outlining the issue and they dispatched a replacement with a postage-paid return bag for the faulty one. Other retailers will have you sending videos of the fault and won't send a replacement until you've shipped the faulty item back, so I was mightily impressed with Austins' way of sorting out the issue. I hope to buy from them again!

These little people vehicles are hard to come by so I was really pleased to find them on Austin’s website. I got this as a gift for a friend's 1 year old as it was a favourite of my own! We still have one diver and the diving board, which is the real highlight of this toy. It was also posted from Austins with a protective foam and cardboard so that it stayed intact during shipment. - I was very impressed actually with the effort Austins made to ensure that the item would not be crushed in transit.
