My Daughter asked for a sonic screwdriver about 5 days before Christmas. I really didn't think it would arrive on time and I emailed Austins to kindly ask if they could post asap. They got straight back to me and although couldn't make any promises said that they would post the same day. It arrived the very next day. I was so impressed! Thank you so much for the amazing service, my daughter cried with happiness when she opened the sonic screwdriver. had what I needed. easy to order.Postage was a reasonable price Only negative was that I wasn't given a tracking number or any idea of how long delivery would be. Apparently tracking was available on my account, but as I hadn't set one up before ordering, I couldn't access it!

Have used this splash in cologne since it came on in the mid 80’s then £4.99 a bottle, but I adore it, after a shower.. Austin’s provide great service, would highly recommend

Bought for my wife, and very happy with my extra Christmas gift, found online from Austin’s store, in Devon. Very pleased with my experience, very well packed, with fragile tape on the package and the extra padding around the gift. Arrived on due date , during the Christmas postal rush. Great price and fast delivery, kept updated on delivery throughout, would definitely order again from Austin’s.

Postage was fast but items could do with a little more protection. Although the box will be thrown away it was quite worse for wear and is to be given as a gift for Christmas.
