I've been using the kettle for several days now, so it's impossible to assess its reliability and robustness, but so far it's working as you would expect. Having had several Russell Hobbs Buckingham kettles (and this probably applies to other models as well) where the lid opening mechanism only lasts for a year or so before the spring breaks (g'rr), I was looking for a kettle with a removable lid, a good pourer and which has a fill gauge on both sides (so works for both left and right-handers), as the ones that have the gauge hidden under the handle seem to be impractical when filling from the tap. This kettle seems to excel in all these areas; the lid is smooth to remove and replace, and yes, you can fill the kettle through the wide spout without removing the lid (despite the instructions telling you not to). All good so far - apart from the odd green colour! Very pleased with this kettle.

Great mirror, about 10-12 cm in diameter. Sticks super strongly to my main mirror. The 10x magnification is very helpful for....doing things that need that ;) Happy with it.
Works great to toast 4 pieces of bread at once. There are removable trays at the bottom for cleaning. It's ergonomic and has a lovely sage green colour.

Really pleased with this trivet. Sturdy and well made. Arrived carefully wrapped in cardboard and bubble wrap. Has been hard at work in my kitchen since purchase and still looks brand new. Probably going to buy another very soon.
