The ordering process was easy however even though the packaging was fairly robust sadly two of the items were received broken and when I telephoned to see what could be done the friendly staff could not have been more helpful and within two days I had received replacements.
These glasses were something a little bit different from plain glass and appear more robust with a slightly thicker glass. It would have been better if the opening was a little bit narrower then I would have given it 5 stars

Great quality product - heaps better than other brands
A rich green wood and earthy scent close to nature. I’d sell an atomiser as an add on with this as splash bottle is annoying for some. It’s beautiful though. Fougere of dreams.
