To make it easy to drain after cooking, it has been designed with high sides and a double-sided drainage lid. Additionally, this lid enables adjustable steam release. You won't have to bother about draining your food with a separate colander thanks to this design. It is simple and trouble-free.
It can also be handled safely and securely because of the easy-grip phenolic handle, which is oven-safe up to 180°C and doesn't conduct heat like metal handles do.
A shatter-proof, vented lid has also been included with this stainless steel pan to help avoid overboiling.
