... but this time, I'm compelled too. We know the Prestige product range, so nothing to say about them, other than they continue to be excellent. This review is however about Austins. There is a wise saying that how you do the little things is how you do everything ... I'd like you to pass my sincerest thanks to your despatch team. The product is heavy gage metal, and could have just been "chucked in a bag" , but no, each item was individually wrapped in bubble wrap, then protected by cardboard, and then the whole parcel wrapped again....so much care and attention, I was and remain, massively impressed. Congratulations to the whole company, because everything regarding our order was as meticulous as the final despatch.
Very easy to order and delivery was very fast.

Fantastic heated blanket.Mega quick warm up & so cosy.I so thoroughly recommend this blanket especially as being an over blanket as it is like getting into a toasted bed .Amazing 🤩
A friend went to Shanghai to see his son. He came back &gave me box of chocolates saying Chocolate Panda& by f history about Panda . .SO I had to buy each of them a book !!! So funny inside talking about Panda ... so pleased I got it !!!!
Purchased the slime for my child. Easy to order from the site. The slime arrived quickly and well packaged. The slime is watery and lots of fun. The feel of the product takes a while to get used to.

No one has ever used & fitted the blanket in an actual bedroom situation with the controllers on a bedside table. IF ! they had, it would be realized the controller display is upside down! this means the wiring needs to be changed.

This was the first occasion I used this company. My item arrived well wrapped to ensure the package wasn’t damaged. It was posted on the same day I placed my order. I was kept well informed by email. Unfortunately there was a problem with Royal Mail. When I contacted the company I received excellent service from the person on the telephone. She could track my parcel easily. I was able to collect it from my local sorting office despite no paperwork- Royal Mail’s fault. I will definitely use this company in the future.
