My 2 egg poacher arrived very quickly & was well wrapped. Ordering via the website was super easy to do too. I was extremely happy with the ordering process. The poacher is good quality & the poached eggs are delicious & an improvement on my previous Judge poacher. My only little niggle is that I always found the previous handles on the egg poacher cups too hot to handle easily after cooking, when transferring from the pan to a plate. The Judge description gave the impression that they had improved this flaw. But I found that although it was improved, the cup handles are still fairly hot when handling from the pan & cannot be done without a cloth. Perhaps this is because they now have 3 holes in the saucepan "plate" which holds the 2 poaching cups so a lot of hot air escapes whilst cooking. It would be such an improvement if Judge could resolve this problem finally. The handles are very small & using an oven cloth or similar makes it very difficult to extract the cups easily. Thank you.

Alternatively, if you order after 4pm or over the weekend your order will be dispatched the next working day. Although most customers receive their goods within 3-4 days, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.
For the delivery of large items or packages over 4kg we will use Delivery Partners, a local, independent delivery company, to deliver these items. Please note that if we do send your order using Delivery Partners you will be asked for a signature at the point of receiving the delivery and this confirms that you are satisfied with the condition of the goods received.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We are unable to offer any international deliveries at the moment.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order so we offer a no-hassle return policy.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Before returning an item to us, please contact us on 01626 333444 or via sales@austins-uk.com. You are responsible for the cost of returning an item back to us.
Your refund will be paid upon receipt of returned goods. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty. All returns must be in saleable condition.
