Love the colour and everything about the build feels good. The kettle is super quiet and has an excellent spout so pouring is easy. It is not heavy either - very good kettle!
This is a good quality toaster that feels well built apart from the push down knob for the toast which is plastic and feels flimsy compared with the rest of the toaster hence 4 stars
Excellent customer service from the Austins team after royal mail left my parcel in my front garden and was unfortunately stolen.I informed Austins of the problem and they sent out a replacement, So great service.

This set was perfect for a birthday gift - effectively representing a birthday gathering, my granddaughter was absolutely delighted particularly with the little cakes and biscuits.

It’s a bit noisy and it’s hard to read the display on water amount. Also the on off button is a bit flimsy.

It’s noisier than my previous kettle, it’s not as easy to fill from the tap - the spout is narrow and it’s just a bit of a faff to remove the lid to fill it, and it’s really hard to read the gauge to see how full it is. Apart from that, it’s just a kettle.
Glad to get these at a much reduced price these proper underpants are now hard to find and often very expensive
