I placed an order at 5:50pm on Monday and my parcel was delivered first thing on Wednesday morning. The items were very well wrapped and packaged.
Ordering process simple, order arrived promptly and communication was five star.
I rang the store to check stock after finding them online as I knew stock was low across the U.K. The staff were able to physically check there and then, and put aside the last few bowls while I purchased online straight away. To my surprise they were delivered promptly and safely the next day despite being over 300 miles away - very well packaged and no breakages. It’s rare to find such good service these days - excellent!
