Bought this item twice before. Excellent product. Also quick delivery.
Good tray with genuine non-slip surface. Ok for light items but a bit unsteady with a heavy, full teapot etc.

After searching online for a replacement cereal bowl that I had broken Austin’s came up trumps. Easy ordering online and fast delivery. My bowl was expertly packaged and arrived safe and sound within a few days. Great communication throughout. Would highly recommend.
Only got 1 of the assortment I ordered, the wording has since changed in the website. What I got was fine but cheaper on Amazon
I bought one glass in Lytham but regretted not buying more. Unfortunately, they didn't do mail order, so I ordered from Austins and received excellent service
These Christy towels, a brand which we have bought before, are superb quality, and always have a longer life than other brands we have tried.
This Judge Steamer set from Austins is a very high quality purchase. Exactly what was needed. It comes with helpful instructions, and in an attractive stout box. An excellent addition to our kitchen, alongside some other Judge branded items, also bought from Austins.
As always, for the latest order, Austins have provided prompt, friendly and very efficient service, which is always appreciated.
My previous Zeal suction hook lasted me over 10 years, so it had become an essential feature in my kitchen. Thankfully, I found a replacement online and it was delivered very quickly. My kitchen must have one for my tea towels! An excellent product at an excellent price.
