A great price at the time I bought. I was notified of despatch but would have liked to have been able to track progress (this wasn't an option, hence 4 stars). However, the product duly arrived after not too long and was well packaged to protect in transit. I would buy from Austins in the future.
The sage colour and brushed steel work really well together and it is a solid, quality product as you would expect from Dualit. The hinged lid gives an easy fill and the spout pours neatly without drips.
The item was slightly delayed and I rang to enquire about it. Whereabouts response was prompt and I received a follow-up email. The item arrived the next day.
If you like L’occitane a lot , then you’ll probably be happy with this. I would’ve hoped for a few more variety of products it seems to be just a shower gel, and cream and body lotion. I would’ve hoped for some of these more high-end products from this brand such as perfume.

Great oven tray that makes the best use of space for our oven. It's easy to clean and the non-stick part works well. Used it for frozen oven food, meat, cookies and all sorts. It works really well.
