Fantastic service
Perfect service and an excellent price. It's a great product 😁
The towels recently purchased from Austins were delivered really promptly and very well packed. As always, Austins have given great local service. It is a pleasure to deal with such a well regarded local business who always provide the very best service.
Very cute, sturdy and easy to wipe clean. More robust than others I've had. Would recommend. Great service and fast posting from Austins too.
It was just what I needed at a great price
Have used these before and they are great. Perfect for baking biscuits or pizzas, for using as a ln extra shelf or as an oven liner.
Habe bought before and they are great for baking biscuits etc and pizzas or for being used as an extra shelf or oven liner
Ordered a few times from Austin’s now and really impressed with the service. Items really well packaged and in this case arrived the next day, can’t ask for more than that!
Delighted to find a single matching pasta bowl to replace a broken one. ( Other stores sell sets.) The sale price of the child's book was amazing and Orchard Toys are some of our granddaughter's favourites. The items were extremely well wrapped and delivered quickly. Thank you.
The order was received quickly and also was well packaged.
So happy with my large side plates. A great size, top quality and made in Britain. Just the job.
I’m very happy with my Denby side plates. Just what I was looking for. Ordering was quick and simple, and the items arrived quickly and well packaged. Thank you Austin’s.
I ordered 3 Judge draining saucepan lids to replace those damaged in dishwasher. Delivery was speedy, items well packed and website easy to use
Delivery was quick, however product was very disappointing
Site was easy to use - item was well packaged and arrived quickly.
The tomato timer is a fun retro design. I love that it's clockwork and doesn't need batteries. I bought two: one for my kitchen at home and one to help focus at work using the 'Pomodoro Technique'. The timer is accurate (I tested it against a digital timer), and easy to use. Love it.
No fuss, on time, right house.
A great improvement on the on that came with the pan in that the knob does not heat up much.
I was really pleased with the whole process. Ordering from Austins was really easy, I was kept aware of the process by email. The jellicat arrived promptly within a short time frame. It was very well packaged and exactly as described. I would definitely recommend Austins and would use them again without hesitation
Hard to find these blue hand towels so pleased to come across them at Austins Dept Store. Reasonable price and speedy delivery. Would recommend
Much better than a previous topper, very soft and washable too. Excellent service and delivery from Austin’s.
Great service, fast delivery.
Super soft, to go with the cover less quilt from Nightlark which is fabulous.
Just the right balance between softness and support. As a bonus it’s washable too., great service from Austin’s as usual.
