My Daughter asked for a sonic screwdriver about 5 days before Christmas. I really didn't think it would arrive on time and I emailed Austins to kindly ask if they could post asap. They got straight back to me and although couldn't make any promises said that they would post the same day. It arrived the very next day. I was so impressed! Thank you so much for the amazing service, my daughter cried with happiness when she opened the sonic screwdriver. Very nice - just like the ones I used to buy opposite Windsor Castle 50 years ago. Only thing is they are very expensive.

had what I needed. easy to order.Postage was a reasonable price Only negative was that I wasn't given a tracking number or any idea of how long delivery would be. Apparently tracking was available on my account, but as I hadn't set one up before ordering, I couldn't access it!
